Complete your FAFSA with assistance from the UC Berkeley Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships Office team.

  1. Your laptop
  2. Your FSA ID username and password
  3. Your parent/spouse’s name, date of birth, social security number, and email address
  4. 2022 income and asset information, if applicable

APR 1, 3-3:45pm — Savvy Dining: Nourishing Your Wallet and Plate

This session, you will learn from our Financial Wellness Coach how to budget for groceries, and get tips and resources for grocery shopping and meal prep that will save you money. Join us as we uncover the art of balancing both your plate and your budget for a healthier and wealthier you.

APR 4, 10-10:45am — Smart Money Moves: Strategizing Your Financial Aid Refund

This workshop will get you thinking about your relationship to money and your current money habits. We will explore effective strategies that can empower you to maximize the value of your refund, balance your income and expenses, and achieve your financial goals.

APR 5, 11-11:45pm — Smooth Move: Moving Out of the Dorms

Are you planning to move out of the dorms and into off-campus housing? Our workshop
“Smooth Move” is designed to guide you through the essential steps of this significant transition.

APR 8, 5-6pm — Mastering Financial Foundations: Savings and Banking

Together, we will learn how to set savings goals, understand various banking options, and discover tools that can help you start saving now.

APR 10, 12-12:45pm — Understanding & Managing Credit

Join us to learn about the importance of credit, explore the significance of credit reports, and discuss strategies for responsible credit usage.

APR 12, 11:30am-12:30pm — Mastering the Plastic: Credit Cards

Whether you’re new to credit or seeking to optimize your credit management, this workshop will provide you with resources to help build a stronger financial foundation and learn to shop for credit cards.
